Loopscapes

Loopscapes invites people to encounter plants growing in soils made from local municipal sewage (poop) compost. The installation was commissioned by the
Gates Foundation Discovery Center as part of their exhibition about sanitation. The artwork addresses human feelings of revulsion around waste, and creates a space for sensory and somatic understanding of our connection to the cycles of decomposition and growth.
